Most likely because I’m such a frequent traveller, I’m one of the unlucky few to have had Covid no less than six times since early 2020.
Each time I’ve had Covid - as well as the two Jabs that I had - it seemed to me that with every exposure I’ve felt a little bit worse - Like 5% of my life force got taken away each time.
The first few times I had Covid it didn’t seem too much of a big deal - a cough, some asthma, shortness of breath, but nothing I couldn’t handle
But… the last time I had Covid properly a few months ago, I ended up with Long Covid - absolutely debilitating chronic fatigue for the better part of two months - and I was terrified that it was potentially going to be permanent.
Thankfully I have the financial resources to try a range of different things, and for me what seemed to help me get over my long covid was a mix of:
Ozone Dialysis, and
Peptide injections.
I’m not sure if any or all of those treatments cured me, or without them whether I would have just had long Covid permanently or recovered naturally, but they did all seem to make me feel a little better individually, and I suspect that the sum of them did get me better.
However, I’m still don’t feel I’m back to my old pre-Covid self. having Covid (and the Jabs) seems to have robbed me permanently of the way I used to feel, but it’s hard to put a finger on. Sometimes I’ll just have a day where I need to have a nap, some days I feel anxious for no reason, some days my heart seems to race a little, when it never did before.
This got me hypothesising that perhaps each Covid exposure is staying with us, all variants living within us, and are never being fully expelled, permanently weakening our immune systems with each new exposure. After talking with a few friends who have had Covid multiple times, this seems to other peoples anecdotal experiences as well.
Then, I started coming across article after article that seemed to validate my hypothesis - that repeated Covid exposures get worse and make you sicker.
Bloomberg: “Yes, Everyone Really Is Sick a Lot More Often After Covid”
The Guardian “Alarming’ rise in Americans with long Covid symptoms” which states that 7% of all Americans may now be struggling with long Covid aka Chronic fatigue
But then I found not just articles with the same hypothesis as me, but several scientific studies which actually prove my suspicion.
It seems very clear from the evidence that every repeated Covid exposure damages your immune system, and increases your chance of ending up with permanent long covid
Read the studies for yourself if you want to dig into the detail:
Science Alert : Every COVID Infection Increases Your Risk of Long COVID, Study Warns
Time Magazine : Getting COVID-19 Multiple Times Is Risky for Your Health
A key graph from a Canadian study shows that your chance of getting long Covid basically doubles with every exposure.
My personal gut feeling is that ANY exposure to the Covid Spike protein is bad for you, whether it comes from a Jab or contagion. I’m not sure that our bodies have a mechanism to ever fully clean out any spike protein infection, and so my (non professional) advice, is to try and avoid any new exposures to the spike protein wherever possible.
Clearly, no-one knows what the long term effects of long term Covid exposure on the overall population will be, but I think from the evidence, it does now seem clear that repeated infections make you sicker for longer and may permanently damage your health.
If we are heading for a world where every year more and more of the population has long covid and therefore is essentially permanently disabled, I would suggest that could get extremely messy.
With perhaps 10% of the people in the world now having long Covid right now, and every exposure essentially doubling your risk of having long Covid, we may only be 2-3 years away from living in a world where half the population is suffering from Long Covid / Chronic fatigue

Have you taken into account that the experimental mRNA jabs have interfered with your autoimmune system, and every infection will be worse than the last?
My daughter came out of her third infection with Long Covid…Half the Dr’s in NZ still seem to think fatigue is just being lazy and you can just push your way through it :/
After a year or so she had some treatment in the USA…seems to have helped, but slow going!
